Building Pathways Beyond Housing
The Housing Authority of Pompano Beach believes that a home can be the foundation for something greater. Through Housing 360, we are expanding our impact beyond affordable housing by connecting individuals and families with opportunities, resources and partnerships designed to support long-term success.
Housing 360 is a nonprofit initiative focused on strengthening the Pompano Beach community by helping residents access programs that support education, economic opportunity, personal development and overall quality of life.
What We Do
Housing 360 brings together community organizations, educational institutions, businesses and other partners to create meaningful opportunities for residents and the broader Pompano Beach community.
Our work focuses on connecting people with resources and programs that can help them move forward, including:
Creating pathways to college, training and educational opportunities for youth and adults.
Connecting residents with resources that can strengthen job readiness, skills and career opportunities.
Supporting financial education and access to resources that encourage greater financial stability and independence.
Developing partnerships and programs that help children and families learn, grow and thrive.
Connecting residents with organizations, services and programs that address needs beyond housing.
Working with universities, nonprofits, businesses and community leaders to bring new opportunities directly to the people we serve.
Creating Opportunity Through Partnership
Housing 360 is built on a simple idea: when organizations work together, communities become stronger.
By developing partnerships throughout Pompano Beach and beyond, Housing 360 helps bridge the gap between residents and the resources that can make a meaningful difference in their lives.
One example is the historic partnership between HAPB, Housing 360 and Florida A&M University (FAMU), which is creating a pathway from housing to higher education and opening new possibilities for residents and their families signed in September 2026.
