2026 Request for Qualifications for Co-Development Partner
The Housing Authority of Pompano Beach (HAPB) is requesting qualification statements from experienced developers (Co-Development Partners). The RFQ will be available on Thursday, October 1, 2026. The full scope of services and requirements are outlined in the solicitation package.

Submission Details
All responses to the RFQ must be delivered to the HAPB, as directed in the solicitation document, by 3:00 p.m. EST, November 5, 2026. Responses received after this time may not be accepted.
Become a Registered Vendor
Businesses interested in receiving information about HAPB procurement opportunities should register through the Housing Agency Marketplace.
Registration allows you to create a company profile, identify the products and services your business provides and access applicable HAPB solicitations and procurement opportunities.
There is no cost to receive HAPB solicitations through the Housing Agency Marketplace.
