The Housing Authority of Pompano Beach’s Public Notice of 2027 Annual Plan review for Fiscal Year Beginning 2027 is hereby posted to comply with the 45-day time period that the plan must be made available to the public for review and comment prior to submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), pursuant to 24 CFR 903.17.

All comments concerning the plan must be in writing and should be sent to:

All comments are public records and will be sent to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for plan approval. All comments will be taken into consideration by the Housing Authority of Pompano Beach Board of Commissioners prior to Board approval of the plan.

The Annual Plan and supporting documents are available for public review beginning September 17 through November 2, 2026.

The Public Hearing will be held on November 3, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Housing Authority’s administrative building.

Significant Amendment to 2026 Annual Plan

May 12, 2026

The Housing Authority of Pompano Beach (HAPB) is soliciting comments for a Significant Amendment to the 2026 Annual Plan in accordance with Section 903.17 of Title 24 of the Code of Federal Regulations.

This document is available for public inspection from May 12, 2026 through June 29, 2026 on the HAPB website or at the main office, Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The public notice review period is 45 calendar days.

Comments may be submitted in writing to:
